We are discussing range of motion. There are a variety of reasons you may have a limited range of motion, but you also can be hyper or too mobile. If you have some issues with this and want to seek out your PT or other practitioner to help you determine where you are at, that would be a wonderful idea. There are different ways to assist more R.O.M. or to help stabilize a joint that moves too much or too easily.

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian practice, prayer, meditation to help you move through reconciliation and forgiveness. I first learned about it from reading the book, "Zero Limits". I fell in love with the concept and how it affords you the ability to implement a strategy for forgiveness or at least starting the process.
The title of this podcast came from a funny thing I would say to a few people close to me who knew about Ho'oponopono. If we were in an argument, disagreement or somehow got hurt, I would say that phrase.
Enjoy. Though this is no formal training on the technique, it is certainly something you could start to implement now. It really stems from fundamental feelings and how to work with them.
I pray you find some benefit from it,
Amy

Here's a conversation with Amy and Kristin during the very original days of the podcast (formerly called the gentleGYM podcast). We kept it in the mix because we love the Enneagram. This discussion just gives you a little simple introduction to the Enneagram.
Want to know your number? Keep in mind there are a variety of quizzes, many are free. Take a quiz.

This podcast was one of the very first podcast we did (back in 2020) when we were learning how to set up the audio, record, etc. Amy is having a conversation with Kristin Iehl a Physical Therapist and Certified Functional Manual Therapist with Agape Therapy. Kristin was so kind to sit in and be a guinea pig for ironing out all the newness of a podcast.
This was recorded when we were at the height of Covid, stuck at home. You may notice in the beginning Amy calls the podcast the gentleGYM podcast. That obviously is no longer the name. We love our gentleGYM but we decided to widen our scope for the podcast. There is some good information for individuals who are managing a, potentially, out of balance nervous system.

Amy mentioned Oura Ring. This is a wearable that does a wonderful job of tracking HRV, heart rate, body temperature, activity and sleep.
