Isaiah and Amy love giving practical tools for you to be able to apply quickly or use at home.  This is a good episode talking about a handful of equipment and wearables that can help you take care of your self.  They are also great to help you feel better and build resiliency.  Biohacking is just a newer term used for this arena. It's a term used to "describe do-it-yourself biology. It involves people making incremental changes to their bodies, diet, and lifestyle to improve their health and well-being." (Medical News Today)
Things they discuss:
PEMF Mats
Infrared and Red Light
Oura Rings
Therabody Tools including a TheraGun and ThermRecovery Cube
Virtual Reality Headset

Today was a unique episode set up.  We decided that there was a resource that covered a topic so well that we just could not direct you right to that video.  Our goal was to try to reach those of you that are stuck in the middle of grief, sorrow, or trauma.  In doing that we wanted to have it discussed through the lens of the spirtual dimension of ourselves.  Sometimes, have cut so deep that we certainly need to look at something bigger than ourselves to help us through.  Though, we acknowledge it's the very thing that we blame or maybe question.  Please take the time to visit the link below. It should direct you to a youTube site of which Dave Bartlet from Orchard Hill Church speaks at an annual gathering called, The Gathering. I (Amy) happened to be in the audience that day.  I believe the Dave's message transends the fact it's on video and will speak directly to your heart. That day, being there, in the midst of this time period and how it shook our community was something that changed my heart forever.  I hold this video dear. This is a video I will direct people to often, because this beautiful man, in the midst of his sorrow, was able to share a message essential for us to get through the toughest of times.
