Isaiah and Amy talk about compensations patterns and how to consider that the area that hurts may not be what is initiating your pain.  Take a step back and find ways to look at your movement differently.  Ask friends, take a picture of yourself.  What do you see? How is your posture? Are you deskbound much of the day? Do you lean over a car engine much of your day?  Do you have a hard time seeing to read, and so you cock your head to use your glasses differently?  Are you repeating one motion a lot of your day?  
Is your body doing a good job compensating..... but at what expense?
